Service Description
We help consumers challenge inaccurate, outdated, and unverifiable information on their credit reports by using federal consumer protection laws. Our Personal Credit Program is designed to ensure your credit report reflects accurate and fair reporting. We assist clients by: - Reviewing credit reports from all three major bureaus - Identifying inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable accounts - Preparing and submitting dispute letters to credit bureaus - Communicating with creditors and collection agencies - Filing complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) when necessary - Leveraging protections under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) - Utilizing the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) when applicable Our process is structured, compliant, and focused on accuracy, not false promises. We advocate on your behalf to ensure your rights as a consumer are upheld under federal law Please note: This is a 6–12 month program. Clients are required to use the company’s preferred credit monitoring service during the program. There is a recurring monthly charge of $129. Services are non-refundable.
